This portable and versatile gas BBQ weighing around 5kg, includes four interchangeable cooking surfaces. These are the pot stand, the BBQ top, the non-stick flat griddle and the dome ( also used as a pot). With foldable legs this BBQ easily packs into a convenient carry bag.
Allowing you to cook a wide variety of sumptuous dishes frm breakfasts, griddled cuts of meat, fish and vegetables to stir fries and by using the lid is perfect as a roasting oven for fat free cooking of chicken, sausages, chops and fish. The optional stainless steel lid for the safari cooking lid/pot is perfect for casserole cooking. The pot stand is ideal for boiling water of cooking with a pot.
This model features a Green Grill ceramic coated aluminium Grill/Flat Plate. Green Grill ceramic coating is harder and more scratch resistant than traditional non-stick coatings. Ceramic distributes and retains heat better resulting in ower gas consumption. All with no compromise to it's ease of cleaning.
The Safari Chef HP barbecue operates off the Cadac 500g EN417 threaded gas cartridge not included or any other EN417 threaded gas cartridge such as Coleman. These cartridges fit directly into the BBQ. Ideal for camping, hiking, fishing, caravanning and sports events, without the need to carry a large and heavy gas cylinder.
