The Cadac Pizza Stone Pro 40 is made from durable cordierite, the stone absorbs heat well and retains it. When you place the pizza on the stone, it will extract the moisture out of the dough, giving you that tasty, crispy base you love.The 12mm thick pizza stone has a heat spreader for optimal (oven) performance and is resistant to temperatures up to 300°C.

A recent addition to the Cadac range of cooking surfaces is the Cadac Pizza Stone 50 perfect for use on the Cadac Grillo Chef and Citi Chef 40 range of barbecues, but can also be used in other gas BBQ's, charcoal BBQ's and electric ovens. In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake delicious bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone. Perfect to enjoy a classic pizza outside on the campsite or at home. Includes handy storage bag. Cooking surface 33cm diameter.

TIP: Simply clean the pizza stones with a cloth and do not use detergent and water as pizza stones are very porous.
